영어+대학수업 가능한 UC San Diego, Pre-Univ. 프로그램

미국 대학교에 입학신청을 해서 허가를 받지 않고, 원하는 몇개 과목만 수강할 수 있는 프로그램 중 하나인 UC San Diego Extension의 Intensive Pre-University Program 입학에 관해 문의 주신 분이 계십니다. 아직 영어가 조금 부족한 관계로 영어와 학부수업을 함께 수강할 수 있는 Intensive Pre-University Program에 관해 확인을 하고 싶어 하셨습니다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

UCSD의 Intensive Pre-University Program 영어와 학부수업을 함께 수강하는 프로그램입니다.

 

Students who would like to take a combination of English Language courses and university and/or university extension credit courses will benefit from the Intensive Pre-University (IPU) programs.

 

 

 

 

프로그램을 등록하기 위해서는 UCSD 10주 영어과정 중 한학기는 무조건 이수를 해야 합니다. 그리고 영어레벨은 Advanced Levles (109-110)인 분들만 신청이 가능하고요. 원하는 대학교 수업은 현지에서 아카데믹 어드바이저들과 상의하여 결정할 수 있습니다. 한국에서 미리 확답받을 수 없습니다.

 

The UC San Diego Academic Advisor will explain the academic selection criteria and language proficiency requirements to intrested students who are currently studying at UC San Diego's English Language Institute (ELI). A student who has not successfully completed at least one-quarter of English language studies at UC San Diego-ELI in the quarter prior to the desire IPU program start-date may not apply to the IPU program. Advanced levels of English proficiency (ELI core levels 109-110) are welcome to apply to this program. Student's English proficiency is determined during the first week of the program.

 

 

 

 

위 조건 외에도 Intensive Pre-University 프로그럼 전 수강하는 10주 영어과정의 성적이 B 이상 이어야 하며, 최근 2년간의 대학교 성적표를 학교에 제출해야 합니다. 대학교 성적이 좋은 경우에만 UC San Diego 대학교 과목을 신청할 수 있습니다.

 

 

 

 

UC San Diego Extension의 Intensive Pre-University Program은 일주일에 9~17시간 영어수업과 1~2개의 대학 과목을 수강할 수 있습니다.

여름학기는 계절학기 수업만 개설되므로, 대학수업 대신 UCSD Extension 수업을 수강하게 됩니다.

 

 

 

수어은 1년에 4번 개강하며, 2017년 학비는 한 학기에 $4,600 입니다.
